Fleet Testing Results

Several large fleets took part in the ongoing field testing. They account for millions of miles of real world testing. Here are highlights of their comments. If you click on the link you will see the full reports that they provided.

“ As part of our ongoing performance testing ... we are please to report the following results relative to the use of you’re A/C performance enhancer ICE 32 in our fleet.

1)      "The yearly maintenance costs (Year Cost) relative to A/C is .001 CPM (Cost Per Mile) which represents a 66% cost reduction."

2)       "... the Life Cost relative to A/C repairs is .002 CPM, a 50% reduction in cost."

3)     "Prior to using ICE32 we averaged replacing (20) compressors per year in our fleet. Since the introduction of ICE32, we have not replaced a single compressor in our fleet in over two years."

"We had an average reduction of 7-7/8 degrees. I personally witnessed one dramatic improvement in a vehicle. The vent temperature went from 50 degrees all the way down to 37 degree."

Auto Safety House - Creighton Elementary

"Based on positive test results on one of their Ford service trucks they have included ICE 32 in each of their AC equipped PM’s. They have installed ICE 32 in 12 buses since March and are reporting noticeably colder vent temperatures and lower overall AC system noise."
