Wayne Herndon, President
We are proud to announce that Wayne L. Herndon has moved from the position of Vice-President of Sales into the position of President of ICE32.  Mr. Herndon is a nationally recognized executive in the Automotive A/C industry and brings over 35 years experience to the company.

"We are incredibly excited that Wayne has accepted this position." says Fred Massey, CEO of  ICELT. "He has pioneered many of the techniques and service methods used throughout this industry. He has a unique understanding of the customer's needs in the automotive lubricants field , and will help us in providing the very best way service and products available."

Mr. Herndon has been a Board Member of the International Mobile Air Conditioning Association since 1990, and served as President from 1996 through 2001.
Dr. Fred Massey
Dr. Massey is the creator and driving force behind ICELT. He is responsible for contracting with and directing Dr. Ben Mosier's efforts in creating Thermolube, the base ingredient for ICE32.

Dr. Massey leads the way in product development for the company, and is currently working closely with a team of outstanding scientists and technicians to develop new applications for the product. Dr. Massey's broad education and business experience make him one of the most respected business leaders in the Houston area.

Benjamin Mosier, Ph.D., FAIC
Advisory/Technical Board

Dr. Mosier's multi-disciplined research and development in the fields of aerospace technology, biomedicine, petrochemical and lubrication spans more than 40 years. As the principle author of 35 patents, in excess of 200 publications, technical presentations and scientific disclosures, and recipient of numerous awards of achievement and excellence in science, Dr. Mosier was inducted into the Academy of Distinguished Graduates of the College of Science at Texas A & M University where he serves on the External Advisory Development Board.
